Detailed Itinerary of 5 Days Serengeti, Ngorongoro & Lake Manyara Safari
Day 1: Transfer from Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park
To mark the start of your Tanzania Safari of 5 Days, you will be warmly welcomed by Driver-Guide and start your journey to Lake Manyara National Park with a stop for pictures. On arrival in the park, you will be warmly welcomed by the towering acacia trees and go on a game drive. Some of the animals to look out for include elephants, buffalos, wildebeests, giraffes, zebras, hippos and several bird species include the pink flamingoes.
After the game viewing, head to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Game drive and transfer to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, transfer to Serengeti National Park with a journey through the scenic Ngorongoro Hills. En-route to the lodge you will have a game drive, enjoy lunch after check-in and in the evening return to the park for another game drive.
At sunset, you will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Full Day Excursion in Serengeti National Park
Your day begins with early breakfast, then head to the park for a full day game drive with your packed lunch boxes. During this full day Serengeti Safari, you will be in position to see several animals including prides of lions, zebras, gazelles, wildebeests, herds of elephants, cheetahs, giraffes among others.
Enjoy picnic lunch served at one of the picnic sites in the park, and continue exploring the park in a game drive till evening. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Game drive and transfer to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After breakfast, you will go on your final game drive in the Serengeti National Park to make the most of your sightings in the savannah plains. After that, transfer to Ngorongoro Conservation Area with your packed lunch boxes.
Along the journey you will have a stopover at Olduvai Gorge before proceed to check in your lodge for dinner and overnight sleep.

Day 5: Game drive in Ngorongoro and drive to Arusha
Wake up early for breakfast and head to Ngorongoro Conservation Area, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day of game viewing in Ngorongoro Crater – the world largest and intact caldera in the world. Here you will be able to see grazing cattle inside the crate, herds of buffaloes and elephants, gazelles, wildebeests, lions, cheetahs, cape buffaloes, leopards and several bird species.
After your game drive, enjoy lunch at the lodge, later check out and then be driven back to Arusha where you will be dropped off at the airport or at the hotel or airport in time for your evening departure flight.
