Detailed Itinerary of 5 Days Serengeti Wildlife Safari

Day 1: Transfer to Serengeti, Game Drive

Drive Time: Approx. 7 hours

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will shall be picked up by your safari guide and proceed to transfer to the Serengeti National Park through Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

As you drive to your lodge in Serengeti National Park, look out an opportunity to see some of the various wild game of Serengeti including lions, leopard, cape buffaloes, zebras, wildebeests among others. Later return to the Serengeti Plains for an afternoon game drive, enjoy sightings of more animals as well as beautiful sunset over the horizon. Check in, relax as you wait for dinner and overnight.

Day 2 &3: Western Serengeti  

You will have these 2 days to explore the Western Serengeti National Park, where the wildebeest Migration is expected this time of the year. Lookout for a variety of wildlife in the area as well as the scenic views therein, punctuated with lunch stops in the wilderness.

You shall have dinner and an overnight stay at the camp.

Day 4: Full day in Central Serengeti National Park

After a delicious breakfast, you will enjoy a full day of explore the central Serengeti National Park famous for the Big Cats population and a diversity of wild game on a game drive while looking for wildlife such as wildebeests, zebras, gazelles, lions, leopards, elands, wildebeests, zebras, hippos, cheetahs and elephants among others.

Also, you can enjoy your lunch in the wilderness and later engage in another game drive while searching for wildlife like elephants, lions, leopards, rhinos, buffaloes among others. Your guide will take you back to the lodge later, enjoy dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Departure

You will enjoy a delicious breakfast as you prepare for your driver back to Arusha while enjoying another game drive in Serengeti National Park for more wildlife game view. Drive via the Ngorongoro Conservation Area yet again and marvel at the beautiful landscapes therein.

From the view point you will enjoy a Ngorongoro Crater, enjoy lunch en-route. You will be dropped off at Kilimanjaro Airport, bringing your 5 Days Serengeti Wildlife Safari to an end.
