Detailed Itinerary of 7 Days Tarangire, Serengeti & Ngorongoro Safari
Day 1: Pick up and Transfer to Arusha National Park
After breakfast at your hotel in Arusha, or arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will drive to Tarangire National Park with morning game drive en-route to your camp. Arriving in time for hot lunch after check-in and enjoy a short rest. Later you will continue with afternoon game drive until evening when you will return to the camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Transfer to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, you will drive to Serengeti National Park through the Ngorongoro Highlands, heading the eastern region of Serengeti. The rich acacia – dotted plains of the Eastern Serengeti are home to abundant wildlife. Some of the best game viewing can be enjoyed from Lobo on the eastern edge of the Serengeti National Park along the Grumeti River.
Enjoy picnic lunch and head out for an afternoon game drive exploring the vast plains of Serengeti and enjoy incredible sightings of lions, leopards, cape buffaloes, warthogs, wildebeests, elands, giraffes, cheetahs among others. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3-4: Eastern Serengeti Safari
Spend these two days exploring the Eastern region of Serengeti on game drives, exploring the vast savannah plains and spot several animals including wildebeests, gazelles, zebras, cheetahs, Thomson and Grant’s gazelles, giraffes, warthogs among others. Other activities to take part in include a guided walk through the spectacularly scenic terrain of the wild Serengeti, take part in a hot air balloon safari, enjoy picnics in the bush, and learning about the Maasai culture and history.
Also, don’t miss out on visiting the world famous Gol Kopjes for the best cheetah viewing in Africa.

Day 5: Transfer to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After breakfast, check out of your lodge and head out for a morning game drive on your way to Ngorongoro Conservation Area, have en-route lunch and visit the Olduvai Gorge where you will see the cradle of Mankind and see displays of various remains by Dr. Leakey and his wife.
Continue to Ngorongoro Conservation Area arriving in the evening, check in at your lodge and spend the rest of the day at rest. Have dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater Safari
Today we explore Ngorongoro Conservation Area on a full day game drive in Ngorongoro Crater floor. Situated in the Crater Highlands in Highlands in Northern Tanzania, the Ngorongoro is best known for its archaeological and geological significance, rich wildlife, and beautiful scenery. The conservation area encompasses the famous Ngorongoro Crater – the renowned Olduvai Gorge and vast plains of grasslands, forests and mountains extending to the Serengeti. The 8000 square kilometer protected area is recognized for its natural beauty and has been recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
During the game drive you will soak in the spectacular views of the Ngorongoro Crater – voted as one of the Seven Natural Wonders of Africa, it is famed for its natural beauty and abundant wildlife.
From the comfort of your safari vehicle, you will see several animals including lions, leopards, cape buffaloes wildebeests, gazelles, cheetahs, and visit Lake Magadi where you will see flocks of flamingoes and forest elephants.
