The Singita Serengeti House is a four-suite private-use villa in Tanzania’s Grumeti Game Reserve located on –and entirely inspired by the golden plains of the Serengeti, offering guests a complete immersion in one of the world’s most extraordinary places.

It is expansive, yet intimate, it has four suites – each with generous bathrooms, outdoor showers, and private terraces that share a central living space. Accommodation & Amenities at Singita Serengeti House

The Singita Serengeti House hosts up to 8 guests, with 2 suites in the main house and 2 garden suites, and daily onsite staff and management.

Each of the villas’ four suites has its own bathroom, outdoor shower, and private terrace, two are in the main house and two are freestanding cottages. The shared interior spaces include a kitchen, living areas, a media room, and a wellness suite. Outside, guests have access to the house’s tennis court, an 82-infinity swimming pool overlooking the savannah and decks with daybeds and canvas umbrellas for lounging during the day and stargazing at night.

  • Children of all ages are welcome. There are baby-sitting services available and tailormade activities to suit each family. Children’s participation in game activities is at the discretion of your guide

Four-poster beds with crisp white bed linen and billowing mosquito nets look out over the Serengeti plains, while spacious bathrooms feature oversized baths and walk-in showers. Soft sofas recline in the shade of a deep, cool verandah that flows seamlessly onto a wooden deck and inky-indigo pool.

All activities at the villa are tailored to specifically suite the interests of each family. In the interest of safety, children may participate in game drives and bush walks at the discretion of dedicated Field Guides. Also, the villa offers childminding services, as well as an array of activities to keep little ones engaged and entertained.

The lodge’s exciting Mini Rangers Course is a customized, fun-filled programme that opens up a whole new world to young explorers. It includes learning how to track animals, astronomy, bush survival techniques, game – tree- and bird spotting competitions, as well as nature quizzes.

Access & Location of Singita Serengeti House

Singita Serengeti House is accessed via 10 minutes’ road transfer from the Sasakwa Airstrip. Flight times from Arusha and Kilimanjaro are, respectively 2 hours and 2 hours 15 minutes.
